Micans is a member of The Association Accredited Laboratories, FaL, which is an association of private laboratory companies whose business concept is to deliver analytical services to companies and organizations. FaL's General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders made by Micans to Clients and to all agreements and transactions between Micans and Clients. They also apply to all obligations under FaL's general provisions, even if they arise at a later date, but derive from the original agreement between Micans and the Purchaser. Other general provisions or special agreements that are claimed by the Client, for example in connection with confirmations or billing or other transactions, are not applicable between Micans and the Client. All additions to these general provisions, in appendices and other documents attached to these provisions shall, in order to be applicable, be signed by both the Purchaser and Micans.

We process information about customers and associated information, data, results with secercy. When required by law, Microbial Analytics Sweden AB may release confidential information. The client is notified of what information is provided unless the authority imposes a confidentiality on us.

Micans reserves the right to fully or partially engage subcontractors to perform analyses. All subcontractors meet applicable requirements regarding quality, confidentiality, data protection and any accreditations. Micans remains the responsible party towards the Customer. If a subcontractor is used, this is clearly stated on the test report.

All prices on Mican's website are quoted excluding VAT.
